Advance admixture dilution

Geoffrey,

Jennifer mixes the dry ingredients in large batch then I can add the
leavening ingredient per batch each week. Long ago she mixed the leaven
with the large batch and the pancakes were flat. Maybe there was moisture
that activated the leaven during the storing period.

In regards to that principle, do you think the effectiveness of the
super-plasticizer might be reduced or even rendered ineffective by mixing
it was water in large batches that are used over the course of a week or
more?

Dear Sir,
Sikament F2 contains an in can preservative in an amount to preserve the product for at least 12 month.
When adding water also micro organisms are added with the water, hence it is difficult to say to what extend the preservative is used up by the water addition.
We would recommend to dilute only as much as can be used up within a couple of days, maximum one week.
