Dear Sir,

. It is very great that organisations like you provide such a good and required knowledge to fellow people like us. As you must be knowing that Chhattisgarh{INDIA} is also rich in rice production like THAILAND, we have large quantity of Rice Husk Ash. We want to know that what products can be made from it, its uses and process and technology for it. In what way you can help us, please clarify and about applicable charges. please send machinery details for each products.
Please reply so that things can move further.

I am delighted to find interest in making use of Rice Husk Ash. One common use is for improving clayey soils for agriculture. Another uncommon one is for insulation material in molten steel ladels.

And the one we know about most is Rice Husk Ash Cement. Finely ground rice husk ash can replace about 30% of OPC (Ordinary Portland Cement) and still make a concrete as strong as that made from OPC at 28 days. RHA cement has low early strength so it is often used with a super plasticizer in pre-cast concrete products.
I am working on updating our information on the Pichai Rod Mill which we will soon add to our list of equipment on this website.

This is a green technology. RHA cement uses less energy to make than OPC. It uses a waste product. Thank you for your interest; we hope we can make a better world together.
